Different projects have different needs. We work with

• Offshore Development – All resources are in our offshore development center.
• Onsite Development – All resources work from client’s location.
• Hybrid – Certain resources like project manager, business analysts are onsite and rest of the resources offshore.

Tools we use

We work with collaborative tools like Gemini Platform, Basecamp, JIRA, TFS and others to manage our development lifecycle. We work with various source control systems like github, SVN, TFS, Microsoft VSS and Mercurial. Our project managers are experts in project management tools like MS Project. We promote collaboration in our processes.

Development methodologies

We work with many development methodologies such as waterfall, spiral, prototyping and agile. In the recent years, agile has been the most popular one and has been our preferred choice as well. Agile development methodology works better as it gives flexibility as well as control over the project requirements. That said, waterfall continues to be popular where the requirements are well defined and customers do not expect change. We study each project closely and recommend the right methodology for the project.
